Grace Community Service

The decision to place a loved one with developmental disabilities in the care of others can be a painful and sometimes difficult process. Grace Community Services helps make it easier. What sets them apart is how they respond to the needs of the individuals they serve. Their person-centered philosophy allows them to deliver unique and personal support to each person under their care. they help people live full and enriched lives, turning their dreams into reality.
Volunteer in Crace, we usually can do these:
  • If you have a green thumb, we can always use gardening help at any of our residences. Find one near you.
  • Prefer to be in the kitchen cooking up something good? We’d welcome an extra hand to prepare meals.
  • Are you the artsy type? Come and lead our residents in a craft or art project.
  • If music’s your thing, we’d love to hear you play!
  • Share your area of expertise, whether it’s computer skills or reading help.
  • Sometimes the best way to give is just of yourself: providing companionship for the individuals we serve.
  • Are you trained in an area that our staff could benefit from, for example, working with adults with
  •  Autism? We’d love you to provide a workshop for our staff.

In my opinion, Grace helps and cares disadvantaged groups. Let them can communicate with people and adapt the society. They make disadvantaged groups become confident. Most importance is that they give us to know those disavantaged groups. They give us a way to help them and associate with them as well.
